Sarah Hayley Orrantia

Sarah Hayley Orrantia was born on February 21, 1994. She is an American actor and singer. Her most well-known character is the role of Erica Goldberg in the ABC comedy show The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne, a country pop girl group assembled by Paula Abdul during the first season of The X Factor. The singer released her debut track "Love Sick" in the year 2015. In May 2019 her debut EP The Way Out was released. Orrantia began singing when she was nine and began professional training at twelve. Her first song was written at 13 years old. At the age of 15, she recorded her first EP of covers and started writing songs with the songwriter Jamie Houston who at the time was famous for writing hits for three Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia was chosen to audition for The X Factor's first season in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was chosen from a YouTube video that she submitted and received four "yes" votes from judges during the live audition phase in Seattle. The audition was initially solo however, at Hollywood Week she and three other female singers were put in a group for the auditions. They were eliminated during the fifth week of live shows.
